Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro Launched
Recently Xiaomi launched its Redmi 6 Pro in China which was anticipated to launch alongside Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A but Xiaomi decided to give a little more limelight by launching it separately. It has a 5.84 inch display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The bottom bezel is relatively thick that eats into the physical appeal of the phone. It has a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625, which is an octa-core chip, and an Adreno 506 GPU. You can choose either a 3 or 4 GB RAM and couple it with a 32 or 64 GB storage which you can further expand using microSD.

It also features a dual 12 MP + 5 MP rear camera with PDAF and EIS support during recording of the video. The front 5 MP camera has an AI support in order to alter the images. The fingerprint scanner is not embedded into the touchscreen and users have to reach at the back of the phone to unlock the phone. The camera has a string of new features like night scene enhancement, AI beautification effects and Auto HDR. The dimensions of the phone are 149.33 x 71.68 x 8.75 mm and it weighs 178 g.
There is a triple-slot SIM tray that can support two SIM cards and a microSD card for storage purposes. Moreover, you will find a 4000mAh battery powering the phone and the phone will run Android 8.1 Oreo. You will be able to buy the phone in five different colors which are red, rose gold, gold, blue and black. Xiaomi has not unequivocally stated that the phone will be launched in other markets apart from China.
