As per the company, the new Suzuki bikes prices in Pakistan are effective from 1-August-2022.
Analysis
This year has turned out to be quite unfortunate for those who were planning to buy new bikes. Almost all automobile manufacturers have increased bike prices by almost 5 to 6 times in 7 months.
It is pertinent to mention that the Suzuki GS150 SE was recently discontinued by the company. But, it is mentioned in the circular with increased price. One reason behind this could be the clearance of leftover GS 150 SE stock with increased prices.
Suzuki had only recently (July 2022) increased the prices of its bikes. It seems these companies have made a habit of increasing prices every month under the pretext of increased dollar rate, raw material cost, etc.
Suzuki bikes (150cc) are mostly purchased by middle income adventurers. These frequent price hikes will hurt them the most.
