The much awaited bike launch of the year is here and many of you would have already guessed that I am talking about the Honda CG 125 2026 model. Yes, it’s been introduced and I know many of you are now curious to know about the changes. Believe me, I am also curious that maybe this time, the company has brought some substantial changes that many of us want. So, let’s see the Honda 125 price in Pakistan 2026 model, changes, performance, and features.
Let’s start with the variants.
Honda 125 Price in Pakistan 2026 And Variants
The price of Honda CG125 starts from Rs. 238,500 and goes up to Rs. 296,900 depending upon the variant. It’s good news as the company hasn’t changed the price for the new model. However, the company increased the prices of its bikes up to Rs. 6,000. Also, there isn’t any new variant as the CG 125 will be available in three variants and some color variations:
- Honda CG 125: Rs. 238,500
- Honda CG 125S (Self Start): Rs. 286,900
- Honda CG 125S Gold: Rs. 296,900
The first variant here is the classic CG125 we all love followed by a self start variant and than an Gold variant for the GOLD lovers.
New Honda CG 125 2026 Model Pictures
Now, check out the pictures of the new Honda CG125 2026 model to see how the new models look in terms of graphics.

Well, the graphics are new and if you ask me, the graphics look more aggressive on the CG125 complementing its nature. I really like the simple CG125 and the Self variants in the black color. The former looks electrified with the new graphics and the latter has more of the minimalistic graphics. Well, for the Gold lovers, the new graphics might impress them as well but I’m not very fond of this color to be frank.

Well, there seems to be no change in the specs of the New CG 125 2026 model which is actually disappointing. There are many things the company could have improved or changed in the new model but we still have the new stickers on the old specs bike. Now, some will argue that the Honda CG 150 has been launched and if we need better specs and looks, we can buy that. Well, the price difference is too much which is why many expect the changes in the 125 rather than the 150.

Honda 125 Fuel Average
The petrol average of Honda CG 125 of new Honda 125 is 40+ km/l. The older models give around 35km/l to 40km/l as per the user reviews. Keep in mind that the fuel efficiency of a bike can vary as per various factors like fuel quality, driving style, road condition, and many others.
Competitors of Honda 125 2026 Model
The Honda CG125 has different competitors like Yamaha YBR 125, YB125Z, United 125cc, Road Prince Shift 125cc, and some other Chinese rivals. However, even the combined sales of its competitors is less than the total sales of Honda bikes. It shows how much people like the brand which is again a reason why the brand should think of bringing something improved for its committed fans.
Why Do People Still Love Honda CG 125?
Many people including me think of why people still love the CG125 even when the company doesn’t bring upgrades in it. So the answer I found out is quite interesting. People have an association with this old shape bike. Its body is practically designed as per the requirements of the locals.
The CG 125 is quite powerful and low weight which is the reason why some 150cc bikes struggle to race with it. Its durability is also quite impressive even under heavy loads (not recommended as it’s dangerous and illegal). So, it’s a legendary bike of Pakistan with stories expanding to many generations.
What Could Be Better in the 2026 Model Honda CG 125?
Even though people love this classic bike, there is room for improvement without killing its classic soul. Let’s see what could be better in the new model:
- Disc Brakes: Too much power requires good braking.
- Modified Shape: Shape modification without killing the classic design (just like in the CG150)
- Fuel Indicator: A must have in the modern age
- Alloy Rims: For Self and Gold Editions as they are pricier
- Balancer Shaft for less vibrations: Will be a sigh of relief for many
- Improved Meter Design: Something should feel modern right?
- Enhanced Shock Absorbers: Much needed for a smoother ride
