67% YoY and 22% MoM Increase in the Car Sales

Following the 27% MoM rise in car sales in August, it’s time to see how the market performed the next month. According to the PAMA car sales September 2025 report, there is a 22% MoM increase in sales with 17,174 units sold and a 67% YoY sales increase. Let’s explore company-wise car sales and model-wise car sales in the blog.

Company-Wise Car Sales 

Considering the company-wise car sales, Honda has marked the highest increase in sales of 115% with 2,307 units sold in September. Not just this, but it has also experienced an 82% YoY increase. Besides this, the other automobile brands, Sazgar Engineering and Pak Suzuki, have also experienced MoM increases of 36% and 26% respectively. Let’s have a look at the following table to know more:

Model-Wise Sales MoM

The Suzuki Alto remains the best-selling car with 4,718 units sold and a MoM increase of 13% and 49% YoY. Honda City and Civic are the best performers if we see the month-on-month increase. To understand what other models experienced in their MoM sales, have a look at the following table:

Final Verdict 

In conclusion, the PAMA car sales September 2025 have increased by 76% year-on-year. The total number of units sold in September is 17,174, and 14,050 units in August, hence the 22% MoM increase. Furthermore, the City and Civic models experienced a 73% YoY, and BR-V and HR-V sales climbed 2.6% YoY and dropped 12% MoM. There has been a positive response in the auto sales, which is expected to continue with the launch of new models, especially electric vehicles.
