- Visit the Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) website
- Hover over the Project tab
- Click on the EV Scooty Ballot Form – Application Form
- In the application form, fill in the required details like:
- Name (As per CNIC)
- Father/husband name
- CNIC number
- License number
- Choose from a student or a working lady
- Picture of domicile
- Picture of PRC
- Picture of CNIC (front & back)
- Picture of valid motorbike license (front & back)
- Picture of a student card or an employee card
After filling in all these details, click on the submit button and that’s it.

Notes:
- Priority will be given to widows, single mothers, working women, and students.
- Applications will be verified, and final selection will be made through a transparent balloting process.

After that, there will be a transparent balloting process overseen by a special committee with members from the Excise, Transport, Finance, and Media departments.
