Apple has millions of fans worldwide who await the launch of new products from the company every year. You would be thrilled to know that Apple is hosting yet another exciting launch event titled “Far Out” soon. The space-themed event is set to take place at the company’s headquarters in Cupertino, California on September 7th. It will also be streamed live on the official website of Apple at 10:00 pm in Pakistan.
Apple has not released any official information yet regarding the new products being launched but we are expecting to see some exciting devices. Apple usually announces iPhones and smartwatches in September every year and iPads and other Mac products later in October. Same pattern is expected to be followed in 2022 as well.
iPhone 14
Hold your breath as the much anticipated iPhone 14 is set to launch at Far Out event! iPhone 14 is expected to come in four new models and in two different display sizes. The iPhone 14 mini will be replaced by iPhone 14 Max. Instead of a 4.7 inch-screen mini, iPhone will come in 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches display, each offering a standard model and a “Pro” model. The Pro models will be pricier but include better features and more upgrades.

iPhone Pro Models
It is rumored that the iPhone Pro models would drop the notch which acts as the FaceID camera and replace it with a pill-shaped cutout which means we would witness a larger display screen. The regular iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max would still come with a notch. The Pro models would have an always-on display, a feature which android phones have entertained for years.
The camera is expected to go from 12MP to 48MP which is a major jump from the previous model. The ultra wide camera would take astrophotography to the next level. The camera bump at the back would be of a larger size. Along with an improved camera, we hope to see an improved battery life as well. We can not say anything about the prices of these phone models yet. Considering the high inflation and taxes in Pakistan, we are sure they would cost a lot. Pro models would cost more than the standard iPhone 14 models.
iOS 16
It is speculated that Apple will launch a new operating system called the iOS 16. It was announced earlier in June this year and has been in the testing phase over the past few months. iOS 16 would allow an extensive customization for your iPhone screen.
For the first time ever, you would be able to change the font on the lock screen. It would also allow editing and unsending iMessage text messages as long as it is done within a few minutes time span after sending. So far, only these updates are known. For more information, we will have to wait till September 7th.
Apple Watch Series 8
We will get to see the 8th major new version of Apple Watch this year. Upon comparing the previous Apple watches, we do not see much notable differences among them. Apple Watch Series 7 had a bigger screen size but no apparent design change from its predecessor.
The new Apple Watch Series 8 might come with a new S8 chip. It is expected to bring along new features like a body temperature sensor and advanced sleep tracking detectors. The screen size may be slightly bigger than Apple Watch Series 7. This smartwatch will have a metal finishing instead of a rubber one.
Apple Watch Series 8 would have a Pro model as well; Apple Watch 8 Pro. It is expected to have an improved battery life and a bigger display screen. The design is expected to be more sleek too. Apple Watch SE is being upgraded with the launch of Apple Watch SE 2 at the same event. It is predicted that Apple Watch SE 2 would be comparatively cheaper.
AirPods Pro 2
AirPods Pro 2 are expected to release later this year but we are not yet sure if the launch would be in September or October. AirPods Pro 2 would provide you with better audio quality and improved motion sensors. The sources are not unanimous so nothing is yet confirmed.
