1. Turkey Visit Visa Requirements From Pakistan
The following documents are required when applying for Turkey visit visa:
- Original passport and at least 1 previous passport
- CNIC copy
- Two 2*2 inch pictures with white background (without glasses)
- Family registration certificate from NADRA
- Account maintenance certificate (Sign and stamp with the current date)
- Bank statement (Sign and stamp with current date and a closing balance of Rs.300,000 per person)

What Is the Validity of a Turkish Visit Visa?
The visitor is required to travel to Turkey within 180 days of receiving the visa. If this validity period ends, the visitor won’t be allowed to enter. Once you enter the country, you can stay there for 30 days.

2. Requirements for Turkey’s e-Visa From Pakistan
Pakistanis can apply for a Turkish visa online as well. It is a fast and efficient way to get your visa as it does not require you to visit the embassy. Following are some of the requirements:
- A passport that should be valid for 3 month from the date of entry
- A valid email address to receive emails regarding the status of their visa application
- A valid form of payment to pay the visa fee.
Note: Pakistanis can only apply for a single entry visa.

3. Turkey Work Visa Requirements From Pakistan
You should apply for a work visa as soon as you get a job offer from Turkey. The earliest you can apply is two months before your departure and the latest is one month before.
The applicant is required to submit an application at the Turkish Embassy or consulate in Pakistan. After 10 days of your application, your employer should submit the required documents to the Turkish Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MLSS), otherwise your application will be rejected for being incomplete.
You have to fill an application form which has a few questions about your identity and purpose of your visit. Once you complete this form, you will get a date for your interview appointment.
Following are the documents that you will require to apply for a work visa from Pakistan. Submit these documents on the day of your interview:
- Complete work visa application form
- Passport which should be valid for 6 months after you reach your destination
- Two biometric photos taken within 6 months

A Turkish work visa is worthless without a work permit. The application process of the work permit will be completed by your employer.
What Is the Validity of a Turkish Work Visa?
A work permit is equal to a resident permit. If your application is approved, you have to enter Turkey within 180 days. Once you reach your destination, you have to get yourself registered at the Address Registry System in Turkey within a month of your arrival.
How Long Does the Process Take?
If your employer submits the application on time, the ministry takes around 30 days to make a final decision. The final decision is sent to the consulate.
4. Turkey Student Visa Requirements From Pakistan
The earliest you can apply for a student visa is 60 days, the latest is one month before your departure. You have to fill out a form and once you are done with that, you will receive a date for your interview.
Take all of the below mentioned documents along with you to the interview:
- Completed students visa application form
- Valid passport
- Photographs in accordance with Turkey’s visa photo requirements
- Proof of booked flight tickets
- Travel insurance for the entire stay
- Letter of acceptance from the university

- Proof of financial resources which includes bank statements, letter of scholarship (if applicable), etc

What to do once you reach Turkey?
Once you reach, you have to get yourself registered at the nearest local police station. Along with this, you have to apply at the Provincial Directorate of Migration Administration for a residence permit.
Once you get the residence permit, known as the ikamet, you can open a bank account and do several other things as well. Six months before your ikamet expires, apply for its renewal.
According to a news outlet in Pakistan, the Turkish government has stopped giving short-term residence permit to Pakistanis. So, before you plan to get a residence permit make sure you contact the embassy for the updated information.
