An international property investment firm has launched an Rs.11 Billion high rise project in DHA Phase 5, Lahore.
Based in Dubai, H&S Real Estate, a subsidiary of Haqsons Group, has recently launched a multi-storey tower project. Named “Autograph”, this tower will consist of:
- Ground + 27-storeys
- Five types of deluxe apartments
- 367 ultra-luxury units
- Four basement floors, and
- Mezzanine floor
Located on Maple Drive, Near M block, DHA Phase 5, Lahore, this hi-tech residential tower will also consist of duplexes and triplex apartments. The project is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.
The property developer claims to provide a healthy community living to its residents which would enjoy amenities like:
- Sky pools
- Sky gardens
- Infinity pool
- Gym
- Sports facilities
- Salon
- Butler services
- Prayer area, and
- Café
