United States
The President of the United States travels in a Cadillac limousine, also known as Limo One, Cadillac One, and “the Beast.” The Beast is an apt description of this vehicle, as it is 18 feet long and built like a tank. This highlights Limo One’s advanced communication system. To ensure the president’s safety, there is more than one Limo One in the presidential motorcade, all bearing the same number plates. It is estimated that each car costs around $1.5 million, with $15 million allocated solely for its research and development.
China
This is the official vehicle of the Chinese President. The Hongqi L5 is a large luxury car produced by Hongqi, designed with inspiration from the discontinued Hongqi CA770. Serving as Hongqi’s flagship vehicle in the Chinese market, it was introduced in 2013 at the Shanghai Auto Show. The L5 holds the record as the most expensive Chinese-made car, priced at CN¥5 million (US$800,000). As the official state car of China, it is utilized by President Xi Jinping and is exclusively available in China.
Russia
The Aurus Senat serves as the official presidential state car of Russia. It is a luxury full-size car developed by Russian automaker Aurus Motors in Moscow, Russia, with assistance from NAMI. Porsche and Bosch Engineering were reportedly involved in the engine development.The armored limousine version features a 4.4-liter V8 engine, with a more powerful 6.6-liter V12 engine planned for later release. Development began in 2013, and production commenced in 2021 at the Sollers JSC factory in Yelabuga. The Initial expected retail price in 2018 was 10 million rubles ($160k), which later rose to over 20 million rubles (~$300k) in 2021.

The monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia uses the Mercedes S-600 and an S600 Pullman as his official vehicles. These cars meet certain safety standards, including features like bulletproof windows, bulletproof tires, and a high roof for enhanced security.
