Registration Extended for Private Hajj Pilgrims

Previously, the Minister of Religious Affairs announced the submission date for the Hajj 2026 application, including other details. Recently, another announcement has been made regarding the Private Hajj Scheme 2026 pilgrims. Have a look at the blog to know more. 

Registration Extended For Private Hajj Scheme 

The Hajj 20256 registration is ongoing on the Hajj portal. However, the deadline for private Hajj registration was set to 8 September 2025, which has now been extended. The new deadline is yet to be announced by the officials. 

Furthermore, according to the details introduced previously, the private hajj scheme quota is around 60,000, of which almost 21,000 pilgrims have completed their registration. The government declares that people who could not perform Hajj last year due to the unfavourable circumstances in the country can now take full advantage of this extension of the deadline. But not just this, it is also announced that those who even paid for Hajj last year can perform this year without additional charges. But those who withdrew money will have to pay and submit the applications again. 

Conclusion

To sum up, the government has instructed to prioritize those applicants who could not perform Hajj the previous year despite fulfilling their applications and paying charges. These private Hajj applicants will not have to pay any further cost. Therefore, registration has been extended for the private Hajj Scheme Pilgrims in Pakistan by the officials.
