Great news if you were looking for a phone under Rs. 30,000. The itel S25 is here and making waves among budget phone shoppers. It’s way better than its predecessor, itel S24 in many ways. I like it due to its impressive display, slim design (more like Samsung’s S24), safety, decent performance, and some other fascinating features. If you want to know the itel S25 price in Pakistan, its pros & cons, and other details, I’m going to explain everything here.

Pros & Cons
The following are some of the itel S25’s pros and cons in my opinion:
Pros
Large 120 Hz AMOLED Display
Decent Selfie Camera
Dust and Water Resistance
Ring LED Flashlight
Under Display Fingerprint Sensor
Slim Design
Cons
Average Rear Camera Setup
Limited Memory Options
Design
The designs of itel S24 are quite similar to the Samsung S24. Roundish corners and a linear camera setup on the rear side are the matching elements, but the camera module of the Samsung S24 has cameras embedded inside the body, whereas the itel S25 has a dedicated camera module embedded on the top of the body.
Talking about its thickness and weight, it’s quite slim and lightweight, especially when I compare it with its predecessor, the S24. Also, it’s IP54 dust and water-resistant, which makes it impressively safer than many others in this price range.

Dimensions | 7.3 mm thickness |
Weight | 185 g |
Safety | IP54, dust and water resistant |

Display
Just like its elder brother, the itel S25 Ultra, this phone also has a large AMOLED display with a 120 hz refresh rate. It doesn’t have a curved display like the S25 Ultra, though! The results appear to be crisp, bright, and color-rich, and I couldn’t find any better mobile display available at this price point.

Display Size | 6.78 inches |
Resolution | 1080 x 2436 pixels (~393 ppi density) |
Display type | AMOLED, 1B colors, 120Hz, 1200 nits (HBM), 1800 nits (peak) |
Camera
Here comes the department in which I believe the company has made some compromises. It has a 50MP primary camera, which is a downgrade from the 108MP camera of its predecessor. There’s still no real EIS or OIS, so the videos are going to be shaky. The company has provided a ring LED light, which gives it an elegant look though.
Coming to the front camera, it’s quite impressive, especially when I compared it with some others in the same league. It has a 32MP selfie camera, which is a major upgrade from the 8MP selfie camera of the S24. Here are the camera specs of the itel S25.
Camera Side | Specifications | itel S25 |
Rear | Rear cameras | 50 MP, f/1.6, (wide), 0.64µm, AF |
Auxiliary lens | ||

Selfie | Selfie / front camera(s) | 32 MP, f/2.2, 22mm (wide) |
Performance
The performance of itel S25 is a real deal, as the company has powered it with the Unisoc T620 chipset (same as the S25 Ultra). Its AnTuTu scores are over 300,000, which makes its performance superior to most of its competitors like Infinix Smart 9, Tecno Spark 30C, Samsung Galaxy A06, etc. You will get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Clubbing the ultra-fast display with this chipset and RAM, you will be able to play PUBG and other games at decent settings (not very high).
Specifications | itel S25 |
OS | Android 14 & itel OS 14.5 Up to 2 major Android upgrades |
Chipset | Unisoc T620 (12 nm) |
CPU | Octa-core (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6xX.X GHz Cortex-A55) |
MEMORY | 6 GB RAM & 128GB Storage |
Features
itel has surprised me a lot as it has introduced an under-display fingerprint sensor in this phone. Not only this, it has NFC support, which is a special feature considering its price. You won’t find these features in most of its competitors.
Name | itel S25 |
Connectivity | Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC USB Type-C 2.0 |
Sensors | Fingerprint (under display, optical), unspecified sensors |
Battery & Charging
No surprises here,as the itel S25 has regular 18W charging with a 5,000 mAh battery. However, it has a bypass charging feature that powers a device directly while charging the battery, which is helpful when gaming and charging simultaneously as it reduces heat and battery stress.
