Infinix has introduced the much-anticipated Note 50, and it’s not coming slow. The Note series of the company is quite popular in Pakistan due to affordable pricing and decent features providing value for money. The new model has many upgrades in terms of performance, body, and features, but you will also see some downgrades, which I will discuss here. So, let’s see the Infinix Note 50 price in Pakistan, specs, and changes.
Infinix Note 50 Price in Pakistan
The price of Infinix is around Rs. 50,000 if I convert its global price (About 160 EUR) as per the current exchange rate. However, after taxes, the expected price of the Infinix Note 50 is around Rs. 65,000. For your information, the price of the Infinix Note 40 is Rs. 57,999, so we will have to wait and see the official price after its launch in Pakistan.
Pros & Cons
Here are some of the pros and cons of the Infinix Note 50, in my opinion:
Pros
Impressive Display
Decent Dust & Water Resistance
OIS Added in the Rear Camera
Infrared Port
Large battery
Convenient Charging Options
Aerospace-Grade Aluminum Frame
Slim Body
Cons
4G chipset
Downgraded Selfie Camera
Downgraded Rear Camera
Design

Infinix has really worked hard on the body and design of the Note 50. The new mobile comes with a slimmer body, a sturdy aluminum frame, and better dust and water resistance than its predecessor, the Infinix Note 40. Personally, I really like these upgrades especially the octagonal camera module with RGB notification light (on the back).

Display
The display of the Infinix Note 50 has also seen a major upgrade in terms of speed and quality. It supports a 144 refresh rate and a 2160 touch sampling rate, making it an attractive device for gamers. Not only this, but the AMOLED screen has also got an upgrade as it supports 1B colors, making the visual experience immersive. Also, you will get a special feature, Always-On Display to give you a flagship-level experience.

Camera

The camera department of the Infinix Note 50 is not going to impress if you have already used the Infinix Note 40. The rear camera has been downgraded to 50MP from 108MP of its predecessor. Even the selfie camera has seen a downgrade from 32MP in its precursor to 13MP now. The good news is that it has OIS, which will make your videos less shaky, and this device also supports slow-motion video recording up to 240 fps. But if you ask me, I am not impressed with its cameras especially when I see the phones like Vivo Y200, Oppo Reno 12F, Xiaomi Redmi Note 14, Tecno Camon 30, etc., that seem to have better selfie cameras than the Infinix Note 50.

Infinix has made a slight improvement in terms of performance by introducing the Mediatek Helio G100 Ultimate in the Note 50 compared to the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate in the Note 40. You will get around 430,000 AnTuTu scores (can vary). The standard RAM is 8GB but is extendable up to 16GB. So, it will be able to run most of the games but not at very high graphic settings.

The Note 50 comes with a slightly bigger battery compared to the Note 40. The charging speed is again the same this year with 45W fast charging support, but the wireless charging has been improved with 30W wireless charging support. Also, it has a bypass charging feature enabling you to play games powered directly from the charger when turned on (skipping the battery charging) to keep the battery safe from charging and discharging at the same time. This feature is just like the one we get on our laptops.

Final Verdict
If you ask me, the Infinix Note 50 is a mobile worth upgrading due to its flagship-level design, impressive build quality, safety, speedy display, impressive AI features, and better battery. However, if you are looking for something out of the box in terms of camera and performance, that’s not going to happen, and the cameras are even downgraded compared to the previous model. Now, the choice is yours!
