Design of Samsung Galaxy S25
When it comes to appearance and design, Samsung doesn’t disappoint its customers. But this time I am not sure if that is the case. The Galaxy S25 looks similar to the S24 model with a similar design. However, it’s slimmer now as you can see in the specs table below:
Dimensions | 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm (5.78 x 2.78 x 0.28 in) |
Weight | 162 g |
Build | Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus 2) Glass back (Gorilla Glass 2) Aluminium frame |
Color Options
Before I present you with the color options of the S25, let’s first have a look at the S24 color options. Samsung launched the S24 with darker color options such as black, marble grey, cobalt violet, etc., which did not attract many people—including me. On the other hand, the Galaxy S25 has color options that are unique and have lighter tones, such as icy blue, mint, silver, etc giving a more classic and versatile appearance.
Colors | Icy Blue, Mint, Navy, Silver Shadow, Pink Gold, Blue Black |
Camera
Galaxy S24 promised to offer a brilliant camera result and was successful in doing so. With a 50MP wide, 10MP telephoto, and 12MP ultrawide camera the Galaxy S24 served exceptionally well in photography.
Many Galaxy lovers expected an upgrade in the Galaxy S25 camera, but unfortunately, there is nothing new. The camera specs are the same as compared to the Galaxy S24, so there is not much to say about it.
Besides this, with the help of a 12MP selfie camera, you can capture yourself in 4K. Consider the following chart to explore camera specs in detail.

Performance
The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This helps in improving the speed, functionality, and AI capabilities. It is a great move by Samsung, as the top model, Galaxy S25 Ultra has the same chipset.
When picking a device for myself, I would prefer getting more RAM options, especially when paying more. Samsung Galaxy S25 is also available in 256GB with 12GB RAM. Considering the RAM available in the Galaxy S24, Samsung has expanded 8GB RAM to 12GB RAM in the Galaxy S25 – excelling its performance.

Conclusion
To sum it up, are you wondering the same question: whether to buy it or not? Comparing the minor upgrades of the Galaxy S25 with the previous S24 series, there is not much of a difference, in my opinion. However, if you are already a user of the Galaxy S24, you would not get much of the upgrade in the S25 in terms of the appearance, but you would definitely get improved AI features along with a boost in its performance.
