Al-Haj Automotive rolled out the first locally manufactured Proton X70 in Pakistan at the end of Jan 2022. Proton calls X70 as Pakistan’s first intelligent SUV.
This intelligent SUV has recently gone through a price increase. Proton increased the prices of both variants of Proton X70 by upto Rs. 810,000. Here below, you can see the latest prices of Proton X70 in Pakistan.

Proton Pakistan initially priced locally assembled X70 SUV at Rs. 4,890,000 and Rs. 4,590,000 for Premium FWD and Executive AWD variants, respectively. After this price increase, the Proton X70 FWD variant is right at par with the FWD variants of KIA Sportage and Hyundai Tucson. The good news is Proton has announced compensation for customers having Proton X70 booked on old prices by Rs 100,000.
The AWD of Proton X70 is cheaper than the FWD variant. It’s because the AWD variant lacks some premium features like a panoramic sunroof, a premium sound system, 19-inch alloy wheels, etc.
Proton X70 is still a good value-for-money vehicle. According to the company, the new prices will take effect from March 21, 2022. Proton has already started mass production of this intelligent SUV, and it will soon begin to deliver the CKD Proton X70.

To hum iss tension mein hy k ye ab market ki gari nhi rahi or ab is ki resale value bilkul khatam ho chuki hy. Mere khyal mein aaj bhi ager V2 ka facelift dein to hathon hath bikey hi.
I would prefer Japanese SUV above all.
Specifically the Toyota CHR is much better than these SUV cars, because of Build Quality, HEV Technology, Safety features.
