Why has Toyota Increased the Price of Land Cruiser Now?
Like the Pakistani economy, the local automobile manufacturing sector is experiencing a lot of uncertainty. Prices keep increasing every month. Many big names like Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, and Changan have already increased the prices of their vehicles for the third time this year.
While the potential buyers of Land Cruiser may not mind paying another Rs.7.5 million for their favorite SUV, the general price hike is surely bound to affect car sales in Pakistan.
To put things in perspective and understand the effects of inflation in Pakistan, consider this – in 2019 for example, you could buy a mid-size sedan for X amount of Rupees. Now, the same amount will only get you a compact hatchback.
