Digital instrument Cluster
YBR and its “G” model, both have analogue instrument clusters. Both models now cost over 4.5 lacs and at this price, a digital instrument cluster was not a big demand.
Rear Disc Brake
Although YBR 125 has a single piston disc brake on the front side, its rear wheel comes with a drum brake. It was now time that Yamaha could have brought a disc brake on the rear side as well.
Upgraded Air Scoops Design / Shape
Well! The YBR has been coming with almost the same air scoops since its introduction. Many people wanted a new design (not just stickers but shape as well).
Modified Exhaust
Initially, YBR was introduced with a chrome color exhaust that was known for less noise. After that, the company introduced a much localized exhaust (with more sound) as it was demanded by the customers. But now, many people are saying “in search of gold, we lost diamonds”. Now, they want the same old exhaust with much better quality & less noise.
