Here are the steps to apply for e learner driving license on DLIMS Punjab online.

Step 1: You need to register on the DLIMS platform. Here, you will add your name, CNIC, and other details as shown in the image.

Step 2: After done with the registration, you will enter the main page of your account. Here, click on the + New Learner button on the top right side.


Step 3: Now, you need to fill out the license application. In this step, you will add personal information.

Step 4: In this step, you will add the address information in the section below the personal information section.

Step 5: Here, you will select the license category in which you want to apply.

Step 6: Now, you will upload the documents required like your picture, CNIC’s front & back images, and medical certificate (if your age is above 50 years).

Step 7: In this step, payment slip ID will be generated which you can pay through ATM, online banking, or mobile banking channels.


Online Renewal

The learner’s license, which expires after 6 months, can now be renewed online as well.
