Material You Design

Google has launched a new single design language which is called Material You in Android 12. It is an engaging design language which allows you to choose and apply your favorite colors to the entire OS. Everything on your phone including dialer, settings, icons, widgets, notifications bar, etc. changes colors based on the color of the wallpaper you choose. The theme may be light or dark. It basically plays around with colors. This system makes the use of Android 12 more fun and enjoyable.

Wi-Fi Sharing made Easy

In the new update of Android 12, you can share your Wi-Fi in a much faster and easier way. All you need to do is click on the Nearby Share button below the QR code. Instead of people scanning your phone individually, wi-fi credentials will be sent to everyone desired at once. This will save you time and energy.

Auto-rotate feature

It is irritating when the screen rotates if you don’t want it to. It can disturb your flow of reading text or watching a video. With the improved Auto-rotate feature, you would not have to worry about that. This new feature includes face-detection. Based on the direction of your face, the screen adjusts and rotates itself accordingly. No more unwanted auto-rotations!

Easier Media Sharing

Instead of having to use a third-party app like Bluetooth or ZigBee, you can now share your content directly from one app to the other using the copy pasting method. The media content can include pictures, audios and videos.

Effortless Search of Apps

The new feature in Android 12 provides a full on-device search feature. It allows users to find and reach their apps or the stuff inside the apps easily, without going through the trouble of opening the app. You can type the words in the AppSearch and it will take you to your desired area.

Easily Changeable Audio Source

You can now change your audio source at the click of a button from the list of presently attached devices present in the media player under Quick Settings. For instance, switching from your phone speaker to a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. The process is made much faster, efficient and easier.

The One-handed mode

Often the phone is too big or the user is too lazy to use both hands while operating the phone. One-handed mode accommodates you by reducing everything to a much smaller size. All the apps fall within your reach and you are able to use the phone smoothly.
