A new initiative allows people to apply for a special personalized number for their vehicles, whether it’s based on their name or their company’s name. With the Vanity Plate scheme, people can get names and special numbers for their vehicles.
Punjab Personalized Number Plate Categories
You can get a personalized registration plate in the following categories under the new system:
1) Corporate Category
Registered companies can display their names, logos, monograms, or specific slogans on their number plates.
Example: Punjab Corporate/Company Name
Registration Price: 1 Crore Rupees
2) Platinum Category:
Get a number plate on your or your loved one’s name (up to 8 characters).
Example: ABID 786
Starting Auction Price: Rs. 30 Lakhs to Rs. 50 Lakhs
3) Gold Category:
Get a number plate containing your favourite letters (up to 3) and numbers (up to 3).
Example: AAA 123
Starting Auction Price: Rs. 5 Lakhs to Rs. 7 Lakhs

How to E-Auction?
Step 1:
- Register yourself through the application or portal by entering your personal details.
- CNIC, Email Address and Phone Number are mandatory.
- Once entered the signup details, an OTP will be generated on the provided mobile number/email address.
- Enter the provided OTP to authenticate the registration.
Step 2:
- Once the user is registered, he has to enter the login details to access the E-Auction App.
Step 3:
- Select the desired number by accessing E-Auction tab on your android application / web portal and enter your chassis number against it and press submit.
- Make sure that you are entering the complete chassis number as provided on the sales invoice.
- Chassis once entered cannot be changed.
- On submission an authentication/ success message will be displayed on your screen.
- You can review the submitted applications by accessing “my application” section on the application and web portal.
Step 4:
- You will receive your PSID for reserve value and participation fee via sms, pay Rs. 100 against your application via mobile banking/Atm/Any Bank.
- Once the PSID is paid successfully, your application will be authorized and provision will be given to start bidding once the auction starts.
