To sum this up, the Changan Alsvin has always been the most loved sedan, but I am not sure if it will be after this price increase. This price hike of Rs. 250,000 for each variant is made due to the ongoing economic challenges and rise in production costs. The dollar rate has been increasing slowly but gradually since the start of this year. Absolutely right … Changan needs to come down to around 60 Lac mark and pass on the benefit & relief to their customers… Other they will loose their market badly… Cause on the other hand their competitors (Hyundai and Kia) didn’t increase their price mark and delivering consistently even in pandemic and dollar hike … Especially Changan being a new comer in the market and Chinese Tag still needs to establish their market among Japanese and korean brands.
