Watching other companies increasing their car prices, KIA Lucky Motors couldn’t resist and increased the price of its 7-seater MPV – Grand Carnival – by upto Rs.500,000. The car has now crossed the one crore threshold with an ex-factory price tag of Rs.10,499,000.
Below is the price increase for the KIA Grand Carnival in Pakistan w.e.f. 4th April 2022.
Model | New Price (Rs) | Old Price (Rs) | Price Comparison (Rs) |
KIA Grand Carnival GLS+ | 10,499,000 | 9,999,000 | 500,000 |
Much like every other car manufacturer, KIA states that the price increase is due to Rupee devaluation and an increase in sea freight. For that reason, the company is forced to increase the price.
