How to Apply for an International Driving License in Punjab

How to Apply for an International Driving License in Punjab: A Step-by-Step Guide

Just like when you applied for your regular driving license, go to your nearest driving license center and obtain a token.

Once your token number is called, present the following:

Valid driving license. It should be valid for at least one year + 1 copy.
Original ID card + 1 copy.
Copy of valid passport. It should be valid for at least 6 months.

This is it. You do not need a visa or any other document to apply for an international driving license in Lahore or anywhere else in Punjab.

The official attending you will process your entire application, including taking your photograph and biometrics.

International Driving License Fee

The fee for this license is paid in two parts:

Court fee worth Rs.66 from Treasury Branch of Zila Katchery (District Courts) Lahore, in case the regular driving license is of Lahore.
Rs.450 bank draft deposited in any branch of HBL with account title International Licensing Fee in account no 01270017338803.

Your international driving license will arrive at your postal address in 2-3 weeks through Pakistan Post.
