How to Apply for an International Driving License in Punjab: A Step-by-Step Guide
Just like when you applied for your regular driving license, go to your nearest driving license center and obtain a token.

Once your token number is called, present the following:
- Valid driving license. It should be valid for at least one year + 1 copy.
- Original ID card + 1 copy.
- Copy of valid passport. It should be valid for at least 6 months.
This is it. You do not need a visa or any other document to apply for an international driving license in Lahore or anywhere else in Punjab.
- The official attending you will process your entire application, including taking your photograph and biometrics.
International Driving License Fee
The fee for this license is paid in two parts:
- Court fee worth Rs.66 from Treasury Branch of Zila Katchery (District Courts) Lahore, in case the regular driving license is of Lahore.
- Rs.450 bank draft deposited in any branch of HBL with account title International Licensing Fee in account no 01270017338803.
Your international driving license will arrive at your postal address in 2-3 weeks through Pakistan Post.
