What’s New in Honda CB 150F 2025 Model?
Couldn’t find any difference? Neither did I. I was disappointed by seeing just the new sticker design without any significant change in the model. The 2025 model CB 150 has:
- New Stickers
- Black Rims in standard models (Same old)
- Orange rims in special models (Same old)
- Same engine and other specs
- Same Petrol Capacity
- Same tyre dimensions

Why Change When It’s Performing Well!
The sales of Honda bikes are skyrocketing as over 130,000 units were sold in May 2024 (130,240 to be precise). The sales for the fiscal year 2024-25 have reached 1,163,138 in 11 months. So, Honda followed the policy of why fix it when it’s not broken. Even Honda’s representative said at a conference that 40% of the sales are coming from bikes other than the CD 70. I can assume that even this number will have most sales coming from the CG 125 and Pridor instead of the CB150F, as not everyone can afford it. The company hasn’t brought any substantial changes to its bikes, yet they are performing well, so the voice of the bike enthusiasts like me regarding upgradation is not being heard.
Competitors of the Honda 150 2025 Model
Well, anyone can guess that the main competitors of the Honda CB150F are Suzuki’s 150cc bikes and Yamaha YBR 125 due to their similar price and growing popularity. Suzuki’s GSX 125 is not in the frame as it’s unable to gain decent popularity in Pakistan.
Why do People Love the Honda CB150?
Well, it’s not rocket science. Imagine all the major 150cc bikes available in Pakistan, and now compare the Honda CB150 with them. There is a clear difference in shape and style, which also reflects when you see them on the road. Many bike enthusiasts, including me, think the Honda 150 looks better than the rest of the 150cc bikes. It’s a common man’s “heavy bike”, at least this is what they feel when riding it on the roads. Not only is the design good, but it’s also comfortable to ride.

Some of my friends do love the Suzuki GS 150, but not due to its looks; they love it mainly due to its lower price, and family-friendly practical design with a flatter fuel tank and seat. A family guy with a wife and 2 kids might not like the CB150F due to its curvy fuel tank and inclined seat.
Expectations from Honda CB150 F 2025 Model
Now, let’s discuss the expectations of many bike enthusiasts and people interested in buying the bike from the Honda 150.
Improved Top Speed: The top speed needs improvement, as many people have reported that the bike goes to around 105 km/h max. It’s well-suited if we see the speed limits of most roads. However, some enthusiasts interested in sports argue that a 150cc bike should have a higher top speed, not less, compared to the 125cc bikes (like the Honda 125).
New Grab Rail Design: The grab rail design of this bike seems to be the only flaw in the design, at least what many enthusiasts think, because it doesn’t look that good and doesn’t go with the impressive shape of the bike. So, a modern carrier rack is required.
Better Front Tyre: Many complain about the thinner and simpler front tyre of the Honda 150. The price of this bike is nearly 5 lacs, so the company could afford to add a better tyre like Yamaha YBR 125G (Panther Trekker), suitable for both city and off-road.
Digital Instrument Cluster: Although the instrument cluster of the CB 150 has many advanced features, it is still an analogue cluster. Honda is charging nearly half a million rupees for this bike. It can at least give a digital instrument cluster for its customers.
Final Verdict
Honda has again launched the new model of its bike with just sticker modifications. There are some improvements the company could make to make this bike more attractive to enthusiasts. But the sales of the company’s bikes are already growing, which means the company wouldn’t try to modify what is performing well already.
The future belongs to EVs, though, so the company should also start thinking about introducing electric two-wheelers in Pakistan as they are trending these days.
