In the case of houses, the owners have to take all the security measures by themselves, however, in case of apartments, the duty falls to the communal security guards, mostly appointed by the owner of the apartments. More than often apartment buildings have added amenities such as a vast community parking, small gyms, BBQ areas, laundry rooms, storage cages, and convenience stores, etc. However, amenities in houses have their cost which the owner has to bear.
Lifestyle
If you are sociable, outgoing, enjoy the inner-city lifestyle, want to live near work, have little time for maintenance then you need to rent an apartment, however, if you enjoy privacy and can afford to rent or buy a house then for you a house it is.
