Top Selling Vehicles in Pakistan
When it comes to the top-selling cars in May 2025, the Toyota Corolla, Yaris, and Corolla Cross have seen growth in sales compared to last month. Around 2,516 units of these cars were sold in April, and the number increased to 3,814 in May.
The second top-selling vehicle in May is the Suzuki Alto, but in reality, it’s at the top. Wondering how? Around 3,409 units of the Alto are sold in May, and 3,814 is the combined number of units for Corolla, Yaris, and Corolla Cross sold in May. It means the Alto’s sales are most probably still higher than any single car.

Top Selling Hatchbacks
Talking of top-selling hatchbacks, the Suzuki Alto has attained the first rank. However, it is important to note that in April 2025, there was a drop in the sales of the Suzuki Alto, but it has again experienced a significant rise. Considering this, let’s have a look at the other top-selling hatchback of May 2025 in Pakistan:

- Suzuki Swift: 792
- Suzuki Cultus: 252
Top Selling Sedans
Toyota (Corolla, Yaris, and Corolla Cross) are the top-selling sedans (excluding Corolla Cross) in Pakistan, followed by Honda Civic & City, and the third position belongs to the Hyundai Sonata & Elantra. Company-Wise Car Sales – May 2025
Compared to the previous month of April 2025, the car sales have shown visible growth. Considering this, the car sales analysis of May 2025, company-wise, shows that Sazgar has experienced a mighty increase of 67% MoM, selling 549 units in April and 919 units in May. Overall Car Sales
After exploring the best hatchbacks, sedans, company-wise, and brand-wise analysis, let’s have a look at the overall car sales analysis. Most of the cars experienced a huge decrease, and some of them experienced an increase in sales.
However, considering all of these, the number of units sold in May 2025 is 10,946, whereas in April 2025, the number of cars sold was 10,596. Hence, there is an increase in the number of cars sold. To sum this up, there is a significant increase in car sales in May 2025 if I compare it year-on-year. The number is up in terms of month-on-month sales as well, indicating a positive trend. Now, let’s see if the sales trend continues to rise in the coming months or not.
