Furthermore, you can also practice the speed variation, such as brisk walking for 2 to 3 minutes and then increasing the jog speed for a minute. This increase and decrease in the speed will impact your body movement and will help you reduce the overall fat in your body.

Staying consistent will also help you boost your stamina for running on a treadmill daily, and you can lose body fat easily. The ideal time for exercising is 150 to 300 minutes a week, depending on your goal and body condition.
