14% Car Sales Decline in December 2025

It’s that time of the month again when we explore how well the car sales market performed. Previously, November 2025 car sales experienced an 11% month-over-month drop, with 15,442 total units sold. Just like that, according to the PAMA report, the car sales in December 2025 declined 14% month-on-month. Let’s have a detailed look at the sales in the blog.

According to the analysis, Toyota Pakistan experienced a massive drop of 40% in sales, with 3,833 units sold in November 2025 and 2,312 units in December 2025. On the other hand, Pak Suzuki experienced 1.27% drop and Honda Atlas 25.53% drop in sales. Unlike these, Sazgar Engineering and Hyundai Nishat experienced an increase of 5.05% and 1.60% in their sales. 

Model Wise Car Sales MoM

Considering the model-wise car sales analysis, the Suzuki Alto has the highest number of units sold in December 2025, that are 3,863, yet it got 5% sales drop MoM. Know that the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Suzuki Every got massive increases in their sales with 212% and 132%.

Conclusion

To sum up, considering this, the total number of sales in December 2025 was 13,280, but there was 14% MoM drop in car sales. On the other hand, there was also a 35% year-on-year rise in sales. 

Now, it is time to see how well the market performs in the year 2026.
