Aston Martin unveils its 2019 Vantage
It’s here! After 12 years, Aston Martin has finally unveiled a successor to its hot-selling Vantage sports car. A sharper look and a keener dynamic edge, the new Vantage is what the Aston Martin pure driving machine enthusiasts have been waiting for.
The new Vantage will arrive in the US next summer for the 2019 model year with a starting price of $149,995.
The back of the car is somewhat similar to DB10 car, which was made for the James Bond film, Spectre. Under the hood, lives a 503 horsepower, 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 and the back is made up of an up-swept rear decklid and full-width LED tail lights. Mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transaxle, Aston claims it can hit 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 195 mph.
Inside, the Vantage is covered in fine leather and carbon fiber. In addition, there’s an 8-inch LCD running a Mercedes-Benz-sourced infotainment system. This is definitely the car one would want to drive!
