They are smartphone addicts. They do everything from anywhere. They make sure they have great data plans so they are never stuck without an internet connection. They read a lot of information about the Real Estate industry and about general trends regarding technology.
They know their neighborhoods
They are the neighborhood experts; Ask a question about a street and they know what’s on the market, what got sold, and the overall status of the neighborhood. If you tell the agent what you like in a neighborhood, they will give you endless suggestions on places to look at. If you’re looking to sell then the agent knows what is on the market and what just sold!
They return calls and emails
These are the people that are good at making contacts and following up and they don’t let go of leads. They answer any questions and are the warriors of email, text, and phone. They always switch their communication style to match that of the client’s. If the client prefers text, they text, if the client wants a phone call, they call, they go to great lengths to ensure the client feels comfortable.
They have a great network and can get leads any way they can
These agents have a network of partners who provide the same level of service they do and they get leads any way they can. Leads are how many agents get clients. Good agents understand the importance of having a social presence and that staying top of mind of clients through advertising, social media, etc.
